This Privacy Policy explains how ArtifyAI (“ArtifyAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ArtifyAI mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Text prompts you enter to generate artwork.
• Reference images you optionally choose from your photo library or capture with your camera to guide a generation.
• Support communications if you contact us by email.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, general app interactions and events, and crash/diagnostic data.
• Approximate analytics identifiers — generated by our analytics provider to measure app usage.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads are still shown but are non‑personalized.
• Push notification token — a device token used to deliver notifications, if you enable them.

We do not collect your name, precise location, contacts, or payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate artwork from your prompts and reference images.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To measure usage and performance through analytics.
• To display advertisements and, where permitted, make them more relevant.
• To send optional push notifications.
• To manage subscriptions and provide customer support.
• To detect, prevent, and address security issues, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

3. AI Generation & Your Content

To create artwork, your text prompts and any reference image you provide are sent to our AI processing provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) to produce the generated image, which is returned to your device. Generated images and your prompt history are stored locally on your device in the App’s “Creations” library; you can delete them at any time from within the App.

4. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions

ArtifyAI offers optional auto‑renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly and yearly plans) that unlock premium features such as unlimited generations, HD exports, and an ad‑free experience.

• Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your credit/debit card number or Apple ID password.
• We receive from Apple a confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, or canceled) so the App can unlock or lock premium features. This may be associated with anonymous analytics events (e.g., “purchase,” “subscription started/canceled”) used to understand conversion and retention.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID / App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

5. Third‑Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties that may process limited data on our behalf. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging for push, Remote Config) — Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Ads & Privacy
• Cloudflare Workers AI (image generation) — Cloudflare Privacy
• Apple (in‑app purchases, App Store) — Apple Privacy

6. Advertising & Tracking

The free version of the App displays ads served through Google AdMob. Depending on your App Tracking Transparency choice, ads may be personalized or non‑personalized. You can change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

7. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send you updates, tips, and offers. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → ArtifyAI.

8. Data Retention

Your generated images and prompt history remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Analytics and advertising data are retained by our providers according to their standard retention periods. Reference images are used only to fulfill your generation request and are not retained by us after processing.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

ArtifyAI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. You can:

• Delete your generated content anytime within the App.
• Opt out of personalized ads via App Tracking Transparency and device settings.
• Contact us to exercise any applicable rights.

12. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
